Nutrition is 100% the most important part of living a healthy life. No amount of exercise in the world will reap the same benefits as fueling your body properly. Jason Sani returns to discuss appropriate nutrition for living a healthful life.
Every person has a unique biological makeup that determines which foods interact positively and negatively with the body. The nutrition plan that works for you may not work for your spouse. In fact, depending on your training regime and goals, your nutrition plan may not be the same from month to month.
Jason shares the template for his day to day meal. What we found was that while we both focus on healthful foods, what we ate and when we ate were different. Jason is also a lot more of a foodie than I am and puts a great deal of focus on creating tasty healthy meals. He even shares a trick he uses to increase the flavor in your dish with steam frying.
Learn how you can create a framework of foods to support your diet and why you should be doing this. Eating healthy foods doesn’t have to be extremely difficult. Create a diet filled with a select few staples that you know boost your energy throughout the day and stick to those foods.
As always, Jason is wealth of knowledge on creating delicious health-conscious meals. If you’ve ever wondered how you can make healthy eating a main priority in your life, then listen in to see how Jason and I make it one of ours.
