Peak Performance Life Podcast

Jun 2, 2022

Health is wealth. It should be considered the most valuable and precious part of life for an individual. Being healthy means that you have the freedom to do what you want to do —freedom that no amount of money can buy. But it doesn’t only mean physical health; it encompasses full body, mind, and spiritual wellness.

In this episode, the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Director of Boulder Longevity Institute, Dr. Elizabeth Yurth, joins me to talk about peptides, remedies for inflammatory diseases, vitamin D supplementation, and strength training. She also gives a few tips for effective HIIT training and nutrition to aging gracefully and making your 60s the new 30.
